The Di Girolamo family boasts a long tradition of successes in the wine sector and in recent years has been experiencing exponential growth thanks to the effervescent passion of the younger members of the family.
With full respect of the territory and the environment, Baglio Diar operates a certified organic viticulture to guarantee the maximum quality and safety of its products. As a proof of a strong connection with tradition, the company cultivates mainly native vines and offers an exclusive bottle design depicting characters and emblematic phrases of famous Sicilian writers like Pirandello and Verga.
