About us

Once a village located in the countryside, where in 1400 a watchtower was build to guard the city against invasions.

Later on, in the '700s, a winery was built inside the watchtower, and then an olive oil mill soon after.

Today Cantine De Gregorio is a family buisiness with a focus on wine production, extra virgin olive oil, and two restaurants.

The wines will be paired up with the three courses meal. Depending on the pairing you'll be able to taste: - Nero D'Avola - Grillo - a blend of Inzolia and Incrocio Manzoni - Chardonnay - a blend of Tannat, Nero D'Avola and Cabernet Sauvignon - Perricone - Spumante Brut Grillo - Spumante Brut Rosé
