The entire production, from the vineyards to the wine-cellar, is managed by brothers Gunther & Klaus Di Giovanna. Di Giovanna family is assisted by internationally renowned winemaking consultant group Denis Dubourdieu and in house enologist Gianfranco Zito.
Di Giovanna produce’s an extensive range of wines: white, rosato and red, with annual production of 250,000 bottles, all following strict organic guidelines.
Di Giovanna wines are made only from estate fruit, produced and bottled at the family winery, and certified organic since 1997.
The wine cellar, built in 2004, is nestled in the mountainside of Monte Genuardo, a protected nature reserve, and surrounded by the family vineyards of San Giacomo and Fiuminello.
