Payment methods and conditions
Online with credit/debit card, through Stripe platform, required in order to confirm your booking, after the approval, within 48 hours and anyway within half the time remaining before the booked experience.
extra can be payed with card at the cellar.
Cancellation/modification policy
in case of cancellation of the reservation within 5 days of arrival you can receive a full refund. exceeded 5 days ( included ) from arrival will not be refund.
Cancellation
If you request cancellation, the refunded amount depends on the amount of time left before the check-in day, based on the following table:

Change to the number of people
You can always ask to edit your booking; if the price reduces, you will get a refund of the extra amount, if it increases you will have to pay the difference.
