“Baroque & Wine” Tasting

The  Baroque & Wine Experience is available whenever in the year and every day, in the morning or in the afternoon, just by booking at least 2 days in advance.

The  Baroque & Wine Experience offered by Baglio Bonsignore to its guests is a full immersion in the rural tradition, in the history and culture of authentic Sicily, with the promise of an attentive and generous welcome, as Sicilians are used to.

The Bonsignores will talk you about the efforts, dignity and hard work to produce the fruits of this magnificent land; they will open to you the doors of their estate, to let you taste the excellent products of this territory, that is part of the Wine and Flavors Roads of the Valley of the Temples.

Visit to the Baglio Bonsignore estate begins with a warm welcome and a walk through the rows to the lake. You then go up to the cubbùro, which stands on the hill above the baglio, the elegant 18th-century building.  From there it is wonderful to widen the gaze on Naro, on the profile of its castle, on the water mirror of the dam and all the surrounding territory, up to Etna, visible on clear days.

We continue with the tasting of Bonsignore wines and the light-lunch inside the baglio.  A tasty buffet will be offered with specialties prepared with local and seasonal products, bread, seasonal fruit and desserts. All enjoyed with a glass of Bonsignore wine of your choice.

Then, you'll go to Naro for a guided tour of this picturesque town with a medieval urban layout, a superb castle and some interesting baroque buildings.

Online with credit/debit card, through Stripe platform, required in order to confirm your booking, after the approval, within 48 hours and anyway within half the time remaining before the booked experience.

Deposit of 30% by credit card, upon booking. Balance by credit card or cash, upon arrival at the company.

Cancel of reservation is possible, without any penalty up to 4 days before the date booked.

In case of reservation canceleld in the 3 days prior to the established date, Baglio Bonsignore will retain the 30% deposit paid for the booking.

No refund of the advance is given in case of bookings made within 36 hours prior to the established date and in the event of cancellation by the customer.

Changes to the reservation are allowed but they must be promptly communicated by e-mail to Baglio Bonsignore and approved by it.

You can request to add more people and pay their parts, but you cannot add more adults if less than 4 calendar days are left.
