The expression of Sicilian wine biodiversity through six dierent indigenous varietals: Carricante, Catarratto, Grillo, Nerello Mascalese, Perricone, Nero d’Avola.
A tasting of six territorial expressions from the Tasca d'Almerita estates (Buonora, Mozia, Antisa, Ghiaia Nera, Lamuri, Guarnaccio) accompanied by light bites from our kitchen.
