The guided tour of the vineyards, cellar and wine tastings are available from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm, booking is essential.


The rich diversity of cheeses that Etna offers the variety assortment of vegetables and the that compliments the traditionally made sausage of the wild black boar of the Nebrodi region, these are the flavours that enhance the beginning of a culinary journey to the territory and its surroundings. The experience includes the following: Storytelling of the history of Cottanera, description of the territory, a visit of our cellar and a walk through our vineyard Feudo di Mezzo. Oven baked bread served with olive oil produced Nocellara Etnea olives , which have been cultivating in on our estate for decades Sicilian rice balls “Arancini”, wild grreens from Etna area, bruschetta, olives and sun dried tomatoes from our garden, a selections of local cheeses and salami; traditionally made sausage of the wild black boar of the Nebrodi region; these are typical flayours which will enhance the tasting of: Etna Bianco Doc Etna Rosato Doc Etna Rosso doc contrada Diciassettesalme Ardenza Doc Sicilia Rosso made with Mondeuse and international grapes grown on our estate.
