COOKING CLASS AND WINE TASTING ON ETNA

Our Cooking Class and Wine Tasting on Etna brings together a delightful tasting of food and wine and an amusing cooking lesson.

This cooking experience will take place in the charming frame of our estate at the foot of Etna, located in Contrada Martinella in Linguaglossa. There, you will see our vineyard with its typical cultivar ad alberello (sapling vine system); this is the signature cultivation method of the local winemaking tradition and a distinctive trait of the Etna Wine DOC production.

Thanks to our cooks’ assistance and skills you will learn in a cozy atmosphere the recipes of the Sicilian tradition which best enhance our wines; it will be an authentic sensorial journey, from the raw ingredients to the final products.

We select the raw materials for your cooking class with the same care and respect for nature that we follow during our production stages; our goal is in fact to give you an experience meant to bring out the soul of our wines, which rank among the poorest in sulfites of the winemaking scene.

To conclude the Cooking Class and Wine Tasting on Etna, you will enjoy your self-cooked dishes in our ancient Palmento. You will furthermore taste our three Etna Wines  – Biancopiglio Etna Bianco DOC, Rossobrillo e Neromagno Etna Rosso DOC –  in pair with each dish; our sommelier and the spec sheet will guide you through an extensive insight into their organoleptic traits.

The Cooking Class and Wine Tasting on Etna is also available at dinnertime with a minimum of participants.

Online with credit/debit card, through Stripe platform, required in order to confirm your booking, within 48 hours of the approval and within the date and time of the booked experience.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation and get a full refund of what you paid online until the closest date between:

• 4 days before the booked experience;
• 179 days after the first successful online payment.

After this date you will get no refund.

Change to the number of people

Until the date previously specified you can:

• request to decrease the number of paying people and get a refund for the removed people;
• request to increase the number of paying people and only pay sums for added people.

After the previously specified date, you will get no refund and you will not be able to add more people.
