The Scirocco experience includes a guided tasting of a selection of 4 Firriato labels combined with a light lunch. The Sirocco Wine Experience was designed to offer the gustatory experience of the wines that are born in the 7 Firriato estates with the scents of the dishes made with the 0 km selected raw materials wanted by the Executive Chef, Andrea Macca, of the Baglio Sorìa restaurant. .
A combination of food and wine to enhance the ancient bond of the art of banqueting. A gustatory marriage to crown a tour through the vineyards of the Baglio Sorìa estate.
During the guided tasting of each label, an appetizer, a first course and a housemade dessert will be paired (other drinks are excluded from the format).
