After the winery tour and a short stroll through the vineyard, visitors reach a viewpoint, where they can admire the sunset while savoring a cool glass of Bianco Pomice accompanied by the first platter of selected typical products (fresh provola cheese, fresh Primo Sale pepato cheese and canapés with our home-made caper paté). Afterward, in the tasting zone, visitors are served Nero Ossidiana with a second platter comprising S. Angelo PGI salami, mature pepato cheese, Nero cheese and traditional toasted bread (pane caliato). The experience ends on a sweet note, with Malvasia Delle Lipari accompanied by sesame biscuits (sesamini).
