70% deposit or whole amount: Online with credit/debit card, through Stripe platform, required in order to confirm your booking, after the approval, within 48 hours and anyway within half the time remaining before the booked experience.
Balance: Cash, when you arrive at the winery.

If you request cancellation, the refunded amount depends on the amount of time left before the booked experience, based on the following table:

| 1 to 3 calendar days | 60% refunded (40% retained as penalty) |
| less than one calendar day | no refund |
Change to the number of people
If you request to decrease the number of paying people, the refunded amount for the removed parts depends on the time left before the booked experience, based on the following table:

You can always request to add more people and pay their parts, but if less than one calendar day is left you have to pay also a €15.00 penalty for each added adult.
