The course to learn the techniques on how to prepare handmade traditional pasta
(egg pasta and flour and water pasta):
- Handmade tagliatelle with traditional sauces (bolognese ragu, tomato sauce, ecc.)
- Handmade tortelli with different fillings (traditional and innovative fillings)
Pairing with Cerasuolo di Vittoria D.O.C.G. Classico.
Payment methods and conditions
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Cash, when you arrive at the winery.
- Credit/debit card, when you arrive at the winery.
- Bank transfer in advance
A down payment of 50% will be requested when the reservation is made.
You can pay with X-Pay Easy by credit card or bank transfer.
For your information: payment for the number of persons indicated in the reservation will be requested on the day of the Pairing Courses even if the number of persons actually present is smaller.
