We will take a walk in the vineyard and we will tell you about the native varieties and organic farming techniques. We will climb up to the ancient millstone to learn about the history of traditional winemaking.We will proceed to visit the underground cellar to show you the volcanic subsoil through the sections of the soil, describe you our production techniques and show you our barrel cellar.We will conclude with the tasting of 4 wines served with different types of BIO ancient grain bread cooked in a wood oven and organic EVO oil. Following a lunch in the cellar with local and seasonal products: a vegetarian welcome snack, a first course, a local BIO cheeses and meat board, pairing with honey and jam from Etna.
