Our farm
One of a kind
The Grillo variety finds its perfect place in our territory, and it is in these vineyards that a unique wine is born: Grillodoro.
It is a botrytized wine produced from overripe grapes attacked by Botrytis Cinerea, the so-called “Noble rot” which naturally forms on the bunches of the vineyard overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The unrepeatable environmental conditions of our estate, the alternation of humidity, ventilation and dry heat in a unique way favor the generation of this catalyst of aromas. All this organoleptic and aromatic richness is held in a rare wine, much loved by connoisseurs, placing it in the panorama of the greatest and most renowned natural sweet wines of the world.
