Description

The "Verticale di Nero d'Avola Contrada Bonincontro" proposal allows you to taste five historical vintages of Nero d'Avola Riserva, accompanied by a selection of Sicilian cold cuts and cheeses and homemade bread.

The tour begins with a guided tour of the winery and the underground cellar. Here, visitors can learn about the winemaking and aging process up close.

Finally, the tour ends with a vertical tasting of five historical vintages of Nero d'Avola Riserva. Each vintage will be accompanied by a tasting of Sicilian cold cuts and cheeses, specially selected to enhance the characteristics of the wine.
