In the splendid setting of the Belice Valley, you will be welcomed to the terrace overlooking the valley and guided through the vineyards of our winery. Immerse yourself in the scents, flavors, and emotions amidst a nature that we strive to preserve as much as possible.
The tour will continue in the cellar, where the entire production process will be traced and explained, from the arrival of the grapes to bottling or wood aging. Special attention will be given to the production techniques of our "Classic Method Sparkling Wine" made from Chardonnay grapes, a process we have dedicated ourselves to since 2010, overseeing the entire production process: from grape harvesting to secondary fermentation, lees aging (minimum 24 months), and disgorgement.
For these processes, an adjacent underground area with a constant temperature has been created, which visitors will have the opportunity to explore.
The journey will conclude with a guided tasting of three CRU wines, accompanied by a selection of local typical products and our organic extra virgin olive oil.
