Payment methods and conditions
Online with credit/debit card, through Stripe platform, required in order to confirm your booking, after the approval, within 48 hours and anyway within half the time remaining before the booked experience.
Cancellation/modification policy
Reservation is required for all tastings, experiences and transfers. Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing only. Tenuta di Castellaro will do its utmost to accommodate any requests, but cannot guarantee to be able to satisfy them. In case of cancellation, the following penalties will be applied, expressed as a percentage of the participation fee: - from 24 to 12 hours before the tasting, 20% penalty - in case of no show, 100% penalty.

If you request cancellation, the refunded amount depends on the amount of time left before the booked experience, based on the following table:

Change to the number of people
If you request to decrease the number of paying people, the refunded amount for the removed parts depends on the time left before the booked experience, based on the following table:

You can request to add more people and pay their parts, but you cannot add more adults if less than 12 hours are left.
