Our winery
Situated near the late-Baroque towns of Noto and Modica, now UNESCO World Heritage sites, and just a few kilometers from the seaside village of Marzamemi, this winery bears the same name, still in use, as the ancient countryside district where it lies: Buonivini. The grape varieties cultivated here, Nero d’Avola and Moscato Bianco, are used to produce Santa Cecilia DOC Noto and Passito di Noto DOC respectively, down in the ‘Invisible Winery’. This estate is characterized by an eco-friendly atmosphere. The ‘Case Sparse,’ small red-painted rural houses dotted about the vineyard, have been renovated in keeping with local traditions and furnished with Costanza Algranti’s original creations, all made from recycled materials.
