The magic of Firriato’s most exclusive labels. From the classic method forged by Etna to the Top wines that are born in one or more of the 7 estates, this experience is designed for all those who share a passion for wine and who wish to cuddle  themselves with a unique, different experience. We will start with a tour of the vineyards of the Baglio Sorìa estate.
This innovative format combines a guided tasting of a selection of Firriato wines (4 labels) and a Light Lunch. The spirit of this proposal is focused on the reinterpretation of some traditional Sicilian dishes, made with locally selected raw materials wanted by the Executive Chef Andrea Macca. A combination of food and wine to enhance the ancient bond in the art of banqueting . The Light Lunch includes a fixed two-course menu (starter and second course) and a dessert (other drinks not included) with a glass of wine of your choice among those tasted.

  • Aubergine parmigiana and basil emulsion 
  • Second course choice between: - Pork neck with its Cavanera Rosso jus, carrot pie and leafy vegetables - Roasted fish steak, with potatoes with lemon and extra virgin olive oil bio with black olive pesto and tropea onion in sour 
  • Dessert: Cannolo with warm citrus fruit soup and dark chocolate flakes
