“Pairing course | The Meat” Tasting

A reservation is obligatory at least a week before the date of the tasting.

The course to prepare meat dishes in the traditional Italian way (vitello tonnato, saltimbocca alla romana, albese, brasato)

Pairing with Il Moro-Nero d’Avola Sicilia D.O.C. 
 or Rusciano-Syrah Sicilia D.O.C.

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Cash, when you arrive at the winery.
• Credit/debit card, when you arrive at the winery.
• Bank transfer in advance

A down payment of 50% will be requested when the reservation is made.
You can pay with X-Pay Easy by credit card or bank transfer.

For your information: payment for the number of persons indicated in the reservation will be requested on the day of the Pairing Courses even if the number of persons actually present is smaller.
