The tasting begins with a visit to the farm starting from the vineyard where, walking among the indigenous and international vines, the visitor can discover how to recognize the age of the vineyard, and if you are lucky, also participate in the harvest, when the whole family it gathers together making the warm Sicilian harvests festive. We then move to the adjacent lands to discover the ancient local grains, redemption productions for a people that opposes the international policies that have reduced these quality productions to historic lows. The visit continues with the stop at our organic garden, with the possibility of independently collecting the seasonal products offered by the territory. Before going on to the tasting we will make a small stop at the "Caveau", a resting place and maturing of the meat raised by the "Consortium for the Protection of the Cinisara Cow" Slow Food presidium.
